I’m so excited that you’ve decided to start your photography journey with me! Once you are ready to book, fill out the contact form found on the bottom of this page!
TIP: Have a solid concept/idea in mind before scheduling your photoshoot. Consultations are offered for those who are starting their creative process from scratch.

Yes! A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the date and time of your session. The purpose of the deposit is to secure your date and time. If you cancel last minute, you’re canceling an appointment that someone else might have been able to book. Without a deposit, your desired session (date and time) will still be available.
The remaining balance of your session (+ other applicable fees) is due immediately following your shoot before we both depart. No images will be delivered until the final payment is made.
*Payment Must be made in full at time of booking for services that are special/discounted.
-

-
Yes! A 15-minute inquiry call is available for anyone new to the KEEN brand or wanting guidance before booking. For deeper concept development, a 60-minute project planning session is also available. Both can be scheduled through the link below.
GENERAL
-
Your appointment time does not change when you’re running late.
You will be able to reschedule your session when notifying 10 calendar days, or more, prior to the assignment. The new appointment date will be subject to availability.
*You will need to book an entirely new appointment if you need to cancel within 10 days of the assignment; your deposit will not be used towards your new booking.
-
Yes! You are encouraged to bring someone who may be able to assist you during your shoot. Having someone with you during your session will help you feel comfortable, especially when it’s time for lights, camera, and action!
*Please don’t bring everyone from your high school reunion though!
I’d like to think that I catch every single detail, however, having an extra set of eyes is always helpful. I usually have an assistant with me as well! My photography assistant (when available) is trained to catch stray hairs, wardrobe malfunctions, help fix lighting, adjust makeup… YOU NAME IT!
*Minors (under the age of 18) are required to sign a model release, with parent or guardian signature, prior to the shoot.
-
Yes! In fact, it is encouraged that you bring your own props! You may purchase props that you would like to use during your set or specifically for your creative project.
Fun fact: You may usually find wild props lounging around the studio area like wild Pokemon. However, these props are not wild; they belong to someone, or have been purchased specifically for another project.
DURING YOUR SESSION
-
After your photoshoot, the average turnaround time for editing is 2 weeks.
-
Your photos are prepped for editing through preliminary photo elimination. We want to get rid of all of the undesirables (blurry photos, photos with eyes closed, and any other unflattering images, etc). This will ensure that your final photos are selected from a batch of the best images.
-
Once your photos have been delivered, make sure to download your photos and store them on your own. Client files are cleaned out every 3 months and I can not guarantee the retention of your photos after that period. Raw files will not be store longer than 2 months.
-
No. You can not, under ANY circumstances, have an unfinished product.
-
Yes! All photography packages include editing of photos and/or video.
